Returns and Exchange
CHUCUI PALACE accepts returns without any reason within seven (7) days from the date of product delivery. As a customer residing in the People’s Republic of China, you have the right to return the products ordered from CHUCUI PALACE official channels and get a refund within seven (7) days of receiving the product. To exercise your right to return, you can contact our Customer Care Center (phone number available on the website) to obtain a return slip, which includes a Return Number (RN), and follow the return process to send the product back to CHUCUI PALACE. If you exercise the right to return, we will refund the original buyer (if the product was delivered as a gift, not the gift recipient) the amount paid for the product within seven (7) days of receiving the return, provided that the returned product meets our quality management inspection requirements.
We will only use the original payment method used by the original buyer when refunding. If your order was paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please call our Customer Care Center and provide your bank card details so that CHUCUI PALACE can refund your payment.
Products purchased from CHUCUI PALACE official channels can be returned to the CHUCUI PALACE Return Service Department address provided by the Customer Care Center. Products not purchased from CHUCUI PALACE official channels cannot be returned. If you decide to return a product, please do not unduly delay and return the product within seven (7) days of receipt.
Returns must follow the steps below:
If you choose to return the product to the CHUCUI PALACE Return Service Department address, please call the Customer Care Center (phone number available on the website) to receive the address of the CHUCUI PALACE Return Service Department and a return slip with a Return Number (RN) via SMS or email. You may be asked to provide photos of the product for an initial assessment of its condition.
If you choose to return the product to the CHUCUI PALACE Return Service Department address, then:
2.1 Obtain a printed copy of the return slip by contacting the Customer Care Center.
2.2 Fill in the required information and sign the return slip.
2.3 Pack the completed return slip with the CHUCUI PALACE product, accessories, service guide (including CHUCUI PALACE international warranty card), invoice (if any), and all other documents into the original packaging box and delivery parcel used by CHUCUI PALACE.
2.4 Seal the delivery parcel.
2.5 Send the parcel back to the CHUCUI PALACE Return Service Department address provided by the Customer Care Center.
Our Customer Care Center will arrange a free door-to-door pick-up service by SF Express upon your confirmation. Please do not return the product on your own, as CHUCUI PALACE will not be responsible for any loss or accidents that occur if the product is returned independently.
Upon receiving the return, CHUCUI PALACE will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the return conditions.
CHUCUI PALACE products must be returned in a brand-new and unused condition; if the product you received has an anti-counterfeit tag, do not cut or remove the tag when returning. Personalized CHUCUI PALACE products cannot be returned. Watch chains adjusted per customer request must be returned with the same number of links as initially delivered, and the original packaging box and delivery parcel of CHUCUI PALACE, including all accessories and documents, must also be returned.
All returns must pass CHUCUI PALACE's strict Quality Control (QC) inspection to ensure the returned product meets the aforementioned requirements. CHUCUI PALACE will only refund if the returned product meets the QC standards.
If the return process or conditions are not met, CHUCUI PALACE reserves the right to refuse the returned product and return it to the consumer, with the associated costs borne by the consumer.
Customers can exchange a product purchased from CHUCUI PALACE official channels for another CHUCUI PALACE product. If there is a price difference between the two products, CHUCUI PALACE will refund the difference or ask you to pay the difference, provided the product to be exchanged meets the exchange requirements.
In this case, the sales order for the returned product should be canceled, and a new order created for the product to be exchanged.
The seven (7) days no-reason return right does not apply to custom product orders, such as products engraved with the customer's initials or privately customized for the customer.
