1. General Provisions

CHUCUI PALACE offers and provides to you the terms set forth herein, along with other applicable policies and rules (collectively, the “Terms of Sale”), which govern the sale of all CHUCUI PALACE creations that you may order from Shanghai Qingfeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with its principal place of business located at 31st Floor, Jin Mao Tower, No. 88 Century Avenue, Pudong New District, Shanghai, China. Orders may be placed either (a) by contacting the CHUCUI PALACE Customer Care Center by phone, the phone number and email address of which are listed on our website, or (b) by placing an order through the CHUCUI PALACE official website.

 

CHUCUI PALACE reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time at its sole discretion. These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through CHUCUI PALACE’s official purchasing channels. Any use of these official channels shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Only individuals who meet all of the following criteria are eligible to order CHUCUI PALACE creations through official CHUCUI PALACE channels:

 

2.1 Adults who have reached the legal age of majority (18 years old);
2.2 Individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
2.3 Residents of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions, and Taiwan, China).

 

If you have not reached the legal age of majority, or are otherwise not legally permitted to enter into a contract, your order must be placed on your behalf by a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to these Terms of Sale. Any orders placed in violation of this provision shall be considered null and void.

 

By placing an order through official CHUCUI PALACE channels, you represent and warrant that you are acting in good faith as the end consumer, and that you will not deliver, sell, or distribute CHUCUI PALACE creations, nor purchase CHUCUI PALACE creations for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.

 

3. Availability of Creations; Quantity Limits

All orders placed through official CHUCUI PALACE channels are subject to availability and acceptance by CHUCUI PALACE. We reserve the right to refuse any order if, despite our best efforts, we are unable to supply the creation, or if we have legitimate reasons to believe that the order violates these Terms of Sale.

 

CHUCUI PALACE reserves the right to modify the assortment of creations presented on the website and may, at its sole discretion, limit the quantity of CHUCUI PALACE creations that may be ordered by a single customer during a given purchase period. During any single purchase period, no more than ten (10) different creations and no more than ten (10) units of the same creation may be ordered per transaction.

 

Information regarding the availability of creations that may be purchased through official CHUCUI PALACE channels will be provided through those channels.

 

4.Account Registration; Personal Information

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password and account login information at all times. CHUCUI PALACE shall not be held liable for any misuse of your account resulting from a third party obtaining and using your password and login credentials. If CHUCUI PALACE has reason to believe that a third party has stolen a customer’s registration information, password, and/or CHUCUI PALACE account credentials, we reserve the right to cancel and terminate the affected account and will notify the customer via email or phone.

 

We may update the information or registration requirements from time to time as necessary for processing new orders. Any such updates will be communicated through announcements posted on our website. For further details on how we use your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Article 8 of these Terms of Sale.

 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our Privacy Policy or general privacy matters, please contact us using the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy or through our Customer Care Center. You may also use this contact method to request access to your personal data held by us, to cancel your account, to request the deletion of your personal information, or to unsubscribe from marketing communications. We may require identity verification before responding to your request, and we will do so within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days.

 

5. Order

All information displayed on the CHUCUI PALACE website is provided to assist you in placing your order. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected creation(s) from us. Your order will then be processed in accordance with the provisions below.

 

When placing an order via the official CHUCUI PALACE telephone channel (the phone number is available on our website), a CHUCUI PALACE representative will assist you with tracking the status of your order.

 

When placing an order through official CHUCUI PALACE channels, you will be required to provide applicable personal information such as a delivery address and payment details. You must ensure that all personal information you provide to CHUCUI PALACE is true and accurate. At this stage, CHUCUI PALACE or third-party service providers may collect additional information in order to process your order and payment. For more information about how we may use or retain your personal data, including the retention period, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, CHUCUI PALACE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order at any time for legitimate reasons. For example, we may do so in the event of ongoing disputes related to payment for previous orders, or if we suspect that you have violated these Terms of Sale. CHUCUI PALACE also reserves the right to decline or refuse orders that contain offensive or unlawful content in the personal information provided with the order.

 

6. Price, Taxes, and Shipping Fees

Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the product pages of the website or quoted by the Customer Care Center are in Renminbi (CNY), inclusive of value-added tax (VAT), but exclusive of shipping charges and other applicable taxes.

 

CHUCUI PALACE reserves the right to modify prices and shipping fees at any time without prior notice. The updated prices shall apply to all orders placed through official CHUCUI PALACE channels. All descriptions and information related to the weight of precious metals, the number of gemstones, and carat weights are provided for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

 

Product pages do not include shipping charges; however, these will be added to the total price before you place your order. For information on applicable shipping fees (if any), please refer to the Delivery Policy section below or consult our website. Shipping fees for customer orders are borne by CHUCUI PALACE.

 

7. Customer Review and Order Confirmation

Our website’s ordering process allows you to review your order and correct any errors before submitting it to CHUCUI PALACE.

 

Before placing an order through official CHUCUI PALACE channels, you should carefully review all details of your order, including but not limited to the specific terms of each transaction, which will be presented to you via the order summary on the website or by a CHUCUI PALACE representative (if your order is placed through the Customer Care Center).

 

After thoroughly reviewing your order, you will also have the opportunity to access and review the Terms of Sale published on the website. Your submitted order will be subject to and governed by these Terms of Sale.

 

8. Payment

8.1. Payment via Third-Party Service Providers

CHUCUI PALACE will include a link to a third-party payment service provider’s website (such as Alipay or WeChat Pay) in the order confirmation notification sent to you, enabling you to complete payment for your order.

 

You may choose to pay via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer, as supported by the aforementioned third-party payment platforms.

 

Once an order is placed, you must transfer the payment to our designated bank account within twenty-four (24) hours. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

All payment methods are subject to validation checks and authorization by our third-party payment service providers. If such providers refuse to authorize payment to CHUCUI PALACE, your order will not be processed.

 

When making a payment through the third-party platforms mentioned above, you must comply with their respective terms and policies.

 

8.2. Direct Bank Transfer to CHUCUI PALACE

You may choose to pay by bank transfer.

 

After placing your order and selecting bank transfer as your payment method, please contact the CHUCUI PALACE Customer Care Center to obtain our bank account details. We will process your order once your payment has been received.

 

If payment is not received in our bank account within seventy-two (72) hours after the order is placed, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

Please remember to include your order number in the payment reference when making the bank transfer.

 

8.3. Cash on Delivery 

Please note the specific rules applicable to cash on delivery (COD). If you choose COD as your payment method, you will not be eligible to request customization or engraving of your CHUCUI PALACE creation, and you may only modify or cancel your order before it is processed by CHUCUI PALACE.

 

If you select COD, CHUCUI PALACE or a third-party courier will deliver the creation to you only after full payment for the order has been made at the time of delivery.

 

For orders paid via COD, any refunds will be transferred by CHUCUI PALACE to the bank account specified on your return form, or to the bank card you provide to the Customer Care Center or through the website.

 

8.4. Security

CHUCUI PALACE is committed to safeguarding your personal information and protecting it from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. CHUCUI PALACE uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages that collect personal information.

 

While we make every effort to protect your personal data throughout the online purchasing process, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data submitted to our website, nor can we be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Internet—such as losses caused by hacking activities. For more details on how we protect your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Order Confirmation

You may modify your order prior to payment and cancel your order prior to delivery, but not after the order has been delivered. This does not affect any other rights you may have under these Terms of Sale.

 

10. Order Payment Confirmation

Confirmation of payment for your order signifies that CHUCUI PALACE has accepted your order and that a binding sales contract has been established.

 

CHUCUI PALACE will retain all information related to the order in accordance with applicable laws. Customers may access these records through their online account page on the CHUCUI PALACE website or by contacting the Customer Care Center.

 

11. Order Delivery

CHUCUI PALACE will notify you when your ordered creation has been shipped.

 

12.Delivery Policy

In certain regions, CHUCUI PALACE offers in-store pickup at its retail boutiques. For more information regarding this service, please visit our website or contact the Customer Care Center.

 

Please note that CHUCUI PALACE accepts orders for delivery to most major regions within the People’s Republic of China, excluding the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions, Taiwan (China), and certain addresses such as P.O. boxes, military zones, or hotels.

 

If you order multiple creations at once, CHUCUI PALACE will only ship the order once all items are available. (Partial deliveries are not supported.)

 

For more information on delivery cities, shipping fees, and estimated delivery timeframes, please refer to our website or contact the Customer Care Center.

 

Shipping fees (if any) will be included in the total price of the CHUCUI PALACE creation.

The applicable shipping fees and estimated delivery timeframe will be summarized in your order confirmation. For further details, please visit our website or contact the Customer Care Center.

We will make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that our third-party delivery service providers deliver the products within the estimated delivery timeframe specified in the order confirmation.

Please note that the estimated delivery period begins only after we receive payment for the order (unless you have selected the cash on delivery option).

Each delivery package will include, in addition to the CHUCUI PALACE creation(s) you purchased:
(i) all related accessories (if any),
(ii) a service guide (including the CHUCUI PALACE international warranty card),
(iii) an international certificate of guarantee, and
(iv) a delivery slip indicating your order number.

We will require a signature upon delivery by you or an adult authorized to act on your behalf to confirm receipt of each CHUCUI PALACE creation. Responsibility for the purchased creation(s) will transfer to you upon receipt.

 

13. Invoice

When placing an order on the website or through the Customer Care Center, if you choose to receive an electronic invoice and provide a valid email address for this purpose, you will receive an email containing the electronic invoice.

 

If you wish to obtain a value-added tax (VAT) invoice eligible for tax refund purposes, you must contact the Customer Care Center, provide the necessary supporting documents, and complete payment via a business-to-business (B2B) bank transfer.

 

14. Return Policy 

14.1. Customer's Right to Return and Refund

As a customer residing in the People’s Republic of China, you have the right to return any creation ordered through official CHUCUI PALACE channels within seven (7) days from the date of receipt and receive a refund.

 

To exercise your right of return, you may contact our Customer Care Center (phone number available on our website) to obtain a return form, which will include a Return Number (RN), and follow the return process outlined in Clause 14.2 to send the creation back to CHUCUI PALACE.

 

If you exercise your right of return, we will refund the original purchase price paid for the creation to the original purchaser (not the recipient, if the creation was received as a gift), provided that the returned creation passes our quality control inspection.

 

Refunds will only be issued using the same payment method originally used by the purchaser. If your order was paid for via cash on delivery or bank transfer, please contact our Customer Care Center and provide your bank card details so that CHUCUI PALACE can process your refund.

 

14.2. Return Procedure

Creations purchased through official CHUCUI PALACE channels may be returned to the CHUCUI PALACE Returns Department address provided by the Customer Care Center, in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

 

Creations that were not purchased through official CHUCUI PALACE channels are not eligible for return under these Terms of Sale.

 

If you decide to return a creation, please do so without undue delay and, in any case, within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

 

Returns must follow the steps outlined below.

 

If you choose to return the creation to the CHUCUI PALACE Returns Department address, please contact the Customer Care Center (phone number available on our website) to obtain the return address and a return form containing a Return Number (RN) via SMS or email.

 

You may be required to provide photographs of the creation to allow for an initial assessment of its condition.

 

If you choose to return the creation to the CHUCUI PALACE Returns Department address, please proceed as follows:

  1.    1. Contact the Customer Care Center to obtain a printed copy of the return form;
  2.    2. Fill in the required information on the return form and sign it;
  3.    3. Place the completed return form, along with the CHUCUI PALACE creation, any accessories, the            service guide (including the CHUCUI PALACE international warranty card), the invoice (if any), and all other accompanying documents, into the original CHUCUI PALACE shipping box and packaging materials;
  4.    4. Seal the package securely;
  5.    5. Send the package to the CHUCUI PALACE Returns Department address provided by the Customer Care Center.
  6.  

Our Customer Care Center will arrange a complimentary pick-up service via SF Express once your return is confirmed. Please do not ship the return on your own. CHUCUI PALACE will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from self-arranged return shipments.

 

Upon receipt of the returned creation, CHUCUI PALACE will inspect the item to ensure that it meets the conditions specified in these Terms of Sale.

 

14.3. Return Conditions

CHUCUI PALACE creations must be returned in a brand-new and unused condition.

 

If the creation you received includes an authenticity tag, please do not cut or remove it when returning the item.

 

Personalized or customized CHUCUI PALACE creations are not eligible for return.

 

For watches with adjusted bracelets, all links that were included at the time of original delivery must be returned.

 

You must also return the original CHUCUI PALACE packaging box and shipping materials, along with all accompanying accessories and documents.

 

All returns are subject to a strict quality control (QC) inspection by CHUCUI PALACE to ensure that the returned creation meets the return requirements outlined above.

 

CHUCUI PALACE will only issue a refund if the returned creation passes the quality control inspection.

 

If the return process or return conditions described above are not met, CHUCUI PALACE reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the returned creation and return it to the customer at the customer’s own expense.

 

14.4. Customer Exchanges

Customers may exchange a CHUCUI PALACE creation purchased through official CHUCUI PALACE channels for another CHUCUI PALACE creation, provided that the item to be exchanged meets the conditions set forth in these Terms of Sale. If there is a price difference between the two creations, CHUCUI PALACE will either refund the difference to you or request payment of the outstanding balance.

 

In such cases, the sales order for the returned creation will be canceled, and a new order will be created for the replacement creation.

 

15. Manufacturer's Warranty

CHUCUI PALACE takes the utmost care to ensure that each creation strictly complies with our quality standards and has passed all quality control inspections, including both technical and aesthetic evaluations.

 

Your selected creation is covered by the CHUCUI PALACE International Warranty. If you require a repair in accordance with the terms of the CHUCUI PALACE International Warranty, please refer to the Service Guide for further information.

 

16. Statutory Warranty

As a consumer, you are entitled to exercise the rights granted to you under laws governing the sale of consumer goods and defective products—particularly those related to the “Three Guarantees” policy (repair, replacement, and return) for jewelry and timepieces, as well as other statutory rights provided under Article 24 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests. These legal rights are not affected by these Terms of Sale.

 

17. Repair

If a creation ordered online requires repair, please contact CHUCUI PALACE through the official channels (phone number and email address available on our website).

 

18. Pricing Accuracy and Product Description

CHUCUI PALACE makes every effort to ensure that all information provided on the website, in advertisements, product catalogs, or by the Customer Care Center is accurate. However, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. Prices for CHUCUI PALACE creations are not confirmed until the order payment confirmation is issued, indicating that a binding sales contract has been established. If the correct price of a CHUCUI PALACE creation is higher than the price displayed on the website, CHUCUI PALACE will contact the customer for instructions before shipping the order. If we are unable to obtain your instructions, the order will be declined, and you will be notified accordingly.

 

We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, photographs, or images of CHUCUI PALACE creations displayed online or in product catalogs are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that such materials or any other content are error-free, whether due to inaccuracy, omission, obsolescence, or other reasons. In such cases, the customer’s sole remedy shall be to return the creation in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

19. Final Provisions

Information and Complaints. If you have any requests or complaints, please contact the Customer Care Center using the phone number and email address provided on our website.

 

Entire Agreement. These Terms of Sale, including any policies incorporated herein (such as the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and CHUCUI PALACE regarding your purchase of CHUCUI PALACE creations through official CHUCUI PALACE channels. These Terms of Sale supersede any prior terms and conditions of sale.

 

Severability. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Sale is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable only to the extent required, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Sale shall remain in full force and effect.

 

20. Governing Law

These Sales Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

 

21. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale shall be submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.

 

CHUCUI PALACE or the customer shall first make reasonable efforts to amicably resolve, within a period of seven (7) days, any dispute or disagreement arising from or related to the creations, these Terms of Sale, or any breach thereof. This clause does not prevent either party from bringing an action before a court of law.
