1. About CHUCUI PALACE and This Privacy Policy

The registered office address of CHUCUI PALACE is located at Jin Mao Tower, 31st Floor, No. 88 Century Avenue, Pudong New District, Shanghai, China. In this Privacy Policy, we use the term “CHUCUI PALACE” (as well as “we” and “our”) to refer to the headquarters of CHUCUI PALACE at the aforementioned address, our affiliates, and our boutiques.

During the registration process, you may be required to submit basic personal information (including your name, date of birth, and phone number, as well as other information you may voluntarily provide to us, such as gender, age, nationality, hobbies, and preferences). We may also collect online identity information from you, including system accounts and IP addresses, account nicknames, email addresses, related passwords, and password protection questions. By entering your details in the input fields as required to register an account, you authorize CHUCUI PALACE to provide you with the selected services.

 

When you purchase our products online, in boutiques, or by phone, we collect details related to your purchase (including the purchased items and prices, order creation time, order code, and status), related payment information details (including payment time, amount, and method, as well as other payment information), and delivery information (including the recipient's name, address, and phone number) to process your order, issue invoices, deliver products and services, handle payment processes, and update your purchase status and records.

When you contact us by phone or email (e.g., when inquiring about a product or service, including product maintenance services) or visit a CHUCUI PALACE boutique to inquire about a product or service or request other information, we collect personal information (including your name and phone number) to facilitate our search of existing records and provide you with personalized services. When you contact us by phone, your call may be recorded for security, evidence, training, quality control, analysis, and development purposes.

 

If you choose to follow CHUCUI PALACE or engage in other interactions with us through social media platforms or third-party service platforms (including Tmall and WeChat), we will collect personal information you provide to us through that third-party platform or service provider (including your profile picture, nickname, region, and other information prompted on the authorization page).

 

When you use the online customer service inquiry on our platform to contact CHUCUI PALACE, we collect your inquiry content (including your preferences) to respond more quickly to your inquiry needs and improve our service quality.

 

 When you interact with CHUCUI PALACE using the video chat function on our platform, your video calls may sometimes be recorded for training, quality control, analysis, and development purposes. We also collect chat content (including your preferences) to provide you with customized services and improve our service quality.

 

Apart from third-party digital platforms (including Tmall and WeChat), we automatically collect certain information about visitors to our platform through cookies. For details, please refer to the section below titled "Cookies and Other Information We Automatically Collect."

 

When we offer location services (see the "Location Services" section below for details), we will collect your location information accordingly.

However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the effectiveness of personal information processing activities conducted based on your previous authorization. a. Third-Party Software Development Kits ("SDKs") or Application Programming Interfaces ("APIs") (see Appendix 1)

Network advertisers are third parties that display advertisements based on your visits to the platform and other applications and websites you have visited. Third-party advertising services enable us to target ads related to products and services that may interest you.

Third-party tracking technologies are not controlled by us, even though they are connected to our platform or advertisements. The statements related to our practices do not apply to the information collection methods, uses, and purposes of these third parties and other parties. 7.Entrusted Processing, Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Your Information

We will not share or transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of our affiliates, except in the following situations:

 

  • a. Entrusted Processing: We may provide your personal information to our entrusted third-party service providers for processing. We will make reasonable efforts (e.g., through contracts and regular information security impact assessments) to ensure that the entrusted third-party service providers have adequate data security measures to protect your personal information and only use the information for the entrusted purposes and processing methods.

  • b. Legal Requirements, Obligations, or Requests by Government or Law Enforcement Agencies: We will disclose your personal information as required by applicable laws or legal procedures. Asset, Business Mergers, Acquisitions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, transfer, or similar transaction involving all or most of our assets or business, we will transfer your personal information to the buyer.     We may share aggregated or anonymized information or data that cannot directly identify you with third-party service providers.

 

8.Cross-Border Transfers

We may transfer all of your personal information (including personal sensitive information) listed in the "Information You Provide to Us and How We Use It" section above to our group affiliates and entrusted service providers located in or operating in regions outside mainland China, such as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Switzerland, and the European Union, for business purposes in accordance with applicable laws. The information will be stored and processed in these locations. The transferred information will be retained by the recipient until the earlier of the above-mentioned purposes being achieved or your account cancellation. Before such cross-border transfers, we will: (1) conduct a security assessment as required by national regulations; or (2) complete personal information protection certification by a professional organization in accordance with the requirements of the national cyber information department regarding personal information protection; or (3) sign a written agreement with the overseas recipient specifying the rights and obligations of both parties, and supervise the overseas recipient's processing of personal information to ensure that they process your personal information only within the authorized scope and that their processing activities comply with the personal information protection standards stipulated by the "Personal Information Protection Law." While other regions may not have data protection measures equivalent to those in your country/region, we will continue to protect the personal information we transfer in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

9.Protecting Your Information

Delete: If our processing violates any applicable laws or goes against your consent, or if you wish to deactivate your account or stop using our platform, or if our platform no longer serves you, you have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected. Please note that some information is essential for certain features of the platform; if this information is deleted, the corresponding features may not be enabled. After you deactivate your account on our platform, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. However, to fulfill obligations stipulated by applicable laws and regulations, we may retain other information collected on the platform, including transaction information (such as payment records), logistics and courier information, return and after-sales service information, risk assessment reports, and processing records, which may contain your personal information for a certain period after you deactivate your account. Please note that requesting to deactivate your account on one platform will not affect your accounts registered on our other platforms unless you request to deactivate all your accounts on all our platforms.

 

Changes:You have the right to refuse or withdraw your authorization for us to process your personal information. However, the corresponding functions on our platform may become unavailable to you, and the effectiveness of any processing we have conducted before you withdrew consent will not be affected. Specifically, you may request at any time that we stop sending you direct marketing communications (please note that we may still send you service-related (i.e., non-marketing) communications, such as emails updating you on the status of your order) or disable certain personalized promotional information. If you wish to exercise any of the rights mentioned above, please write to us (address provided below). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by sending an email to the address listed in the "Contact Us" section below or by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email from CHUCUI PALACE. We may also record your explicit refusal to receive new messages from CHUCUI PALACE to ensure that we do not contact you again. If you wish to deactivate your account or unsubscribe from any of our platforms, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period (depending on local legal requirements) upon receiving your request, unless local laws stipulate otherwise regarding the retention period of personal information. In this case, your personal information will be deleted or destroyed in a manner that cannot be recovered or reproduced.

In commercial activities, we assume that you have the appropriate civil liability capacity. We also understand the importance of protecting the personal information of minors. Our platform is not intended for minors under the age of fourteen whom we are aware of, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors under the age of 14.
