Invoice
When ordering on the website or through Customer Care, you will receive an email containing the e-invoice if you select an e-invoice and leave the correct email address to receive the e-invoice.
If you wish to receive a refundable VAT invoice, you must contact Customer Care to provide the necessary documentation and pay by bank transfer.
